AAA Auger has been proudly servicing customers in Texas since 1962. We currently have four shops servicing the Austin, Dallas, Ft. Worth and San Antonio markets. The latest expansion is in Tulsa Oklahoma.
It is our mission to send a clean, respectful, licensed and competent plumber in the timeliest manner. All licensed technicians are required to annually attend continuing education courses. Fast AND Careful/Professional Service

I had a toilet leaking Friday night and thought I would be out of luck until Monday or have to pay extra to have weekend service. I called Friday night and AAA Auger sent a plumber out within an hour at no extra charge. The plumber quoted me ahead of time the price and even though he ran into some extra work he stuck to his original price for my toilet. The plumber took care not to make a mess. I was suprised and pleased with the care he took and the thorugh manner in which he addressed my problem. He even wore shoe booties in my house.
OVERPRICED AND IGNORANT - DO NOT USE!!!

OVERPRICED!!! We learned a lesson: Don't ever use a company that uses a book with codes to give quotes. The plumber they sent out charged us $857 to fix a leak with MAYBE $25 worth of parts and and hour and a half of labor. He said the book said he should have charged us $200 more to fix a leak that was right by the leak he was fixing, but he didn't charge us. Thank God! After the $25 dollar coupon he gave us, it came out to $832.50. THEN I asked for an estimate of what it would cost to take out an existing bathtub and replace it. He told us $2650 without supplies AND told us we would have to hire another contractor to move a wall first. If we had gotten this quote first, I wouldn't have used his services at all, as this was a grossly overpriced bid. We had a contractor come out that said he'd charge $700 to replace the bathtub - and that included raising the height of the showerhead, which was not included in the AAA Auger quote. He also said we don't need to move any walls. THIS COMPANY IS OVERPRICED AND ISN'T KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! AAA AUGER WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Great service. Called a couple other plumbers before AAA Auger, they told me they were too "booked", and wanted to schedule me for a few DAYS later. I called AAA Auger, and they said they'd call back as soon as they can schedule a plumber. They called back in about 10 minutes, said "Our guy is going to your house now". The plumber showed up about 10 minutes after that phone call. The plumber quickly took measure of the drain blockage problem, gave me an estimate, that was about half of what I was expecting. He did the work quickly and professionally, and then did some tests to make sure everything was ok. He did these tests 3 times over, cause he said he wanted to "make sure everything is right before I leave". He then wanted to stay to help me clean up some of the overflowed water in the bathroom. I told him that wasn't necessary, I could take care of that. He then took off $30 because I didn't want his help to clean the bathroom! AAA Auger is A-1 in my book.

This has to be the most professional plumbing service I have ever experienced. Though they can be a little difficult to schedule (I had to wait 16 hours on a weekend), once Marco arrived, he gave me the estimate, I signed the paperwork, and he went to WORK. He didn't stop until he had it all taken care of. Great service with a smile. Highly Recommended!

We called these guys after the sewer backed up into our shower. They arrived exactly when they said they would. When the problem wasn't as easy as first anticipated, they came back with more equipment. They ended up working on the situation for 8 hours and the price was exactly what they quoted back in hour 1. I will use them again for situations like these.
