I have lived at Silverado for 3 years and I love it. The staff is friendly and all my needs are taken care of really quickly. The apartment complex is really beautiful and it's walking distance to Brushy Creek Park. I know I will be here for a long, long time.

By far the worst place I've ever lived. This might be a ok place to live if you're on the top floor, but if you're planning on living below somebody, you definitely don't want to live here. The carpeting is low grade with no padding. Not only can every step someone makes above be heard clearly, it shakes the apartment. God forbid you have someone above you with kids or a dog. The girl above us gets up at 6:00am every morning, and it always wakes us up. The pool is always overrun with people who don't seem to live here, smoking cigarretes and drinking beer all day and night on the weekends. This place is cheap for the size of the apartments, so it brings in very low-class tenants. If you can afford an apartment complex that is a bit higher per square foot, you'll be much happier than being here. Don't ever drop rent into their dropbox... it is always overflowing, and it is very, very easy for someone to stick their hands in and grab a bunch of envelopes. We're friendly with a few of our neighbors, and they all have the same issues/concerns I described above. You've been warned.
